International Youth Volunteer - Portugal (Braga, Portugal)

We are offering 2 young people aged 18-30 the opportunity to volunteer for up to 6 months with the Portuguese Red Cross in Braga, Portugal. The estimated dates for the programme are 1st August 2022 – 31st January 2023.
The volunteers will be working in a range of projects, which will give them the chance to explore the different kind of social action that the Portuguese Red Cross undertake in Braga. This is a great opportunity to get involved in these projects and find out what you are interested in. For more details on the role and the projects available, have a look at the role description. Portuguese language skills are not required for this placement. The main thing we want to see is your motivation for this placement!
Please note that only UK residents can apply for this role. Zoom/video interviews will be organised in the weeks following the application deadline (8th May). An online presentation session on the programme will be organised before interviews to provide more information.
