Fundraising events day volunteer (Devon)

Our Events Day Support Volunteers play an important role in making people feel valued when supporting the British Red Cross.

The British Red Cross arrange and support a large number of events across the country and virtually and we need your help to make these possible. Volunteer for fundraising events across a 12 month period.

Use your voice and energy to support at amazing events. Energetic and enthusiastic volunteers wanted to support fundraising activity in the Devon area. Successful applicants will be team players, committed and outgoing, with good communication skills to engage with the public and promote the work of British Red Cross.

Celebrations for the coronation of His Majesty King Charles 111 at Powderham Castle

Volunteers will be needed on the days and times below:

Saturday 6th May - The Coronation Ceremony live on Big Screen 9am-6pm

Sunday 7th May - Fun in the gardens for Coronation Weekend 9am – 6pm

Sunday 7th May - The Coronation Concert live on big screen 6pm – 11pm -Stewarding and bucket shaking

Driving is preferable but not essential.

We may ask you to complete a simple risk assessment. We will also have a conversation with you to discuss any restrictions that may still be in place in your region and identify any adjustments you may need.
