Volunteer Driver (Portsmouth)

If you enjoy driving and like meeting people, this is the role for you. You’ll be delivering wheelchairs to people locally or further afield to help them get moving again after illness or injury.

Ideally you will live within 10 miles of the British Red Cross office in Portsmouth (PO1 4BT).

We would like you to:

• Will be able to attend on a regular weekly basis.
• Can commit to volunteering 3 hours per week, Tuesdays from 10am to 1pm.
• Have held a driving licence for at least 2 years which allows you to drive in the UK and have access to your own vehicle, and be willing to drive a British Red Cross vehicle.
• Can volunteer for at least 6 months.
